Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data: email address, password hash, nickname.
Usage data: text you submit, generated audio, voice designs you create, credit balance and history.
Payment data: handled by our Merchant of Record, Waffo. We receive order status, amount and country, but never your full card details.
Technical data: IP address, browser type and page visits, used for security and aggregate statistics (we store daily hashed visitor identifiers, not raw IPs, for analytics).

How we use it

To provide the Service and generate audio.
To process purchases and prevent fraud and abuse.
To send account emails such as verification codes. We do not send marketing email without consent.

Processors

We use cloud hosting, AI speech-synthesis providers (text is sent to them to generate audio) and Waffo for payments. They process data only on our instructions.

Retention

Generated audio and history are kept while your account is active or until you delete them. Account data is deleted within 30 days after account deletion, except where law requires us to keep records (e.g. transactions).

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or export of your data by emailing support@peiyin.xyz.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary login cookie. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
