These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Peach AI Voice (the "Service"), operated by Yin Wenlong, an individual (sole proprietor) based in the People's Republic of China. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
The Service converts text you provide into speech using a library of preset AI voices, and lets you design new synthetic voices from a text description. The Service does not offer creating a voice from a recording of a real person.
You may not use the Service to:
We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules, without refund for credits consumed in violation.
You keep the rights to the text you submit. You are responsible for having the rights to that text. Subject to these Terms and payment, you may use the generated audio for your own projects. You grant us a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is". We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes to these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the courts with jurisdiction at the operator's domicile. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
