Pricing & Refund Policy

Last updated: October 17, 2026

Credits

Generating speech and designing voices consume credits. The cost per 10,000 characters depends on the voice and is shown before you generate. New accounts receive 200 free trial credits, valid for 7 days.

Credit packs

Current packs and USD prices are listed on the Pricing page. Packs are one-time purchases (no subscription) and purchased credits never expire. Commercial use of generated audio is included. Prices may include or exclude tax depending on your location; the final amount is shown at checkout by Waffo, our Merchant of Record.

Refunds

All sales are final. Credit packs are digital goods delivered instantly to your account, so purchased credits are non-refundable once the purchase is completed, whether used or unused.
If you were charged but did not receive your credits, or were charged twice for the same order, email us with your order number and we will add the missing credits or refund the duplicate charge.
If a generation fails because of a technical error on our side, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
Free and promotional credits have no cash value and are not refundable.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under mandatory consumer law in your country.
